What steps do I need to follow to place an order?

Select the product you want to buy to view its details. On the product page, choose the quantity and click "Add to cart".

When you are ready, click the cart icon (top right) or "View cart" to review the selected products. If you want to add more items, simply continue browsing and add them to your cart.

To complete your purchase, click "Checkout" from the cart. The Shopify checkout process includes:

  • Contact information: Enter your email address or phone number to receive updates about your order.
  • Shipping address: Fill in your delivery address. If you have ordered before and are logged in, your details may be filled in automatically.
  • Shipping method: Choose a shipping option. Shipping costs will be calculated based on your address and the selected products.
  • Payment: Choose your preferred payment method (Credit cards, Amex, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna, EPS or Bank Transfer), enter the required details and apply a discount code if you have one.
  • Review and confirmation: Review your order, address, shipping method and payment method. Click "Pay now" or a similar button to complete your purchase.

You will receive an email confirmation with the details of your order once it has been processed.

How can I pay?

We accept the following payment methods. Here is how each one works:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex): Select this option and enter your card number, expiration date and CVV code. Confirm the payment after reviewing the information.
  • PayPal: Choose PayPal, log in with your email and password, select whether to pay with your PayPal balance, linked card or bank account, and confirm the payment.
  • Google Pay: Select Google Pay on compatible devices, choose a card saved in your Google account, authenticate and confirm the payment. Google Pay must be previously configured.
  • Apple Pay: Choose Apple Pay on compatible Apple devices, select a card from your Wallet, authenticate with Face ID or Touch ID and confirm the payment. A card must be added to your Wallet.
  • Shop Pay: Select Shop Pay, enter your phone number to receive a verification code, and confirm the payment. If you have used Shop Pay before, your information may be automatically completed.
  • Klarna: Select Klarna and choose one of the available payment options during checkout. Depending on availability, you may pay immediately or use Klarna's deferred payment options.
  • EPS: This payment method is only available for customers in Austria. Select EPS during checkout and you will be redirected securely to your bank to authorize the payment.
  • Bank transfer: Select this option and you will receive the bank details by email after confirming the order. Please include your order number when making the transfer. Your order will be processed once the payment is confirmed.

After selecting your payment method, complete the payment process. You will receive an email with the order details or additional instructions if needed.

Why might my card be declined?

Please check that all entered details are correct: card number, expiration date and CVV. The payment may also be declined due to an exceeded credit limit, an expired card or additional security checks by your bank. If the issue persists, please contact your bank directly.
