BEEZER® IceCube mini: 8 ice cubes in 8–9 minutes, two selectable cube sizes and up to 12 kg of ice a day, in a footprint smaller than a sheet of A4 paper and with no fixed water connection.

Fresh ice in under ten minutes

The BEEZER® IceCube mini ice maker solves an everyday problem: you want a properly chilled drink right now, and there is no ice tray waiting in the freezer. The appliance turns out 8 ice cubes in 8–9 minutes and reaches up to 12 kg of ice per day, with no pre-cooling, no preparation and no plumbing involved: fill the 0.8-litre tank, press a button, done. That is the idea behind BEEZER®, the ritterwerk line built around cooling at the moment of serving rather than long-term storage.

Compact footprint, easy to move

At 18.5 cm wide, 30.5 cm deep and 27.5 cm high, the IceCube mini takes up less counter space than a sheet of A4 paper, so it fits on a short worktop, at a home bar or in an office kitchen. At 5.6 kg with an integrated carry handle, it can be lifted one-handed and moved from the kitchen to the balcony, from the office to a meeting room, or back into a cupboard between uses.

Two cube sizes for different drinks

The control panel lets you choose between SMALL and LARGE. Smaller cubes chill a drink faster because they offer more surface area relative to their volume; larger cubes are the better choice when you want the ice to last longer in the glass. The selection is made directly before each cycle, with no accessories or tray swaps.

Compressor cooling with built-in supervision

Inside works a compressor cooling circuit running on R600a refrigerant — the same principle used in domestic refrigerators — paired with quality insulation that keeps output steady across consecutive cycles. A water level warning with an audible signal and automatic shut-off when the ice basket is full mean the appliance does not need supervising while it runs. The declared noise level is ≤50 dB(A), a figure typical of a small kitchen appliance.

Cleaning and everyday use

The self-cleaning function makes routine maintenance of the water circuit straightforward, with no parts to dismantle — useful in an appliance that runs intermittently rather than continuously. The touch panel gathers every function onto one flat, easy-to-wipe surface, and the demand-based operating mode means the machine only produces ice when ice is asked for. The IceCube mini is Designed in Germany by ritterwerk, a German small-appliance manufacturer founded in 1905.

Why choose the BEEZER IceCube mini ice maker?

  1. Stop planning around the freezer: no more refilling trays or giving up freezer space to ice. Eight or nine minutes is all it takes, and up to 12 kg is available across the day when the occasion calls for it.
  2. It fits where other appliances don't: with the footprint of a sheet of A4 paper and a weight of 5.6 kg, it settles into a small kitchen, a home bar or an office — and the carry handle takes it wherever people have gathered.
  3. It looks after itself: the water level warning, the automatic shut-off when the basket fills and the self-cleaning function keep maintenance to a minimum, so your attention stays on your guests rather than on the machine.
  4. Frequently asked questions about the BEEZER IceCube mini

    • Is the BEEZER IceCube mini intended for domestic or professional use? The BEEZER IceCube mini is a countertop appliance designed primarily for domestic use: kitchens, home bars, balconies and smaller homes. Its output of up to 12 kg of ice in 24 hours and its portable format also suit light professional settings such as offices, showrooms and small events. It is not built for the sustained, high-volume demands of busy hospitality service.
    • Does it need to be plumbed in? No. The BEEZER IceCube mini runs from a refillable 0.8-litre water tank that is filled by hand, so no fixed water supply or drain is required. All it needs is a 220–240 V socket and a stable surface to stand on.
    • What is the difference between the SMALL and LARGE cube sizes? The BEEZER IceCube mini makes ice cubes in two sizes, selected from the touch panel. SMALL cubes chill a drink more quickly because they present more surface area relative to their volume. LARGE cubes are bulkier and are the better option when the ice needs to last longer in the glass. The size is chosen before the cycle starts.
    • How much ice can it make and hold? Each cycle produces 8 ice cubes in 8–9 minutes, and output reaches 11–12 kg of ice over 24 hours. The internal basket holds 0.9 litres and the appliance stops automatically once the basket is full. Ice in the basket is not actively kept frozen, so it should be removed or used regularly.
    • What maintenance does it require? The BEEZER IceCube mini includes a self-cleaning function that flushes the water circuit without dismantling any parts. The touch panel is wiped clean on the surface and the water tank is emptied and refilled by hand. If the appliance will be unused for several days, the tank should be emptied.
