In just six minutes, a 0.75-liter bottle of wine reaches 9°C—perfect for a good white wine. Since the cooling process is adjustable, the cooling duration, bottle size, and rotation can be tailored to the specific wine. As a general rule for well-chilled wine, you can follow these temperatures:

  • Sparkling Wine: 5° - 7°C
  • White Wine: 8° - 14°C
  • Rosé Wine: 10° - 14°C
  • Red Wine: 12° - 18°C
