According to the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act of 01.01.2022
Every consumer is required by the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act to properly dispose of old electrical and electronic equipment (old devices) separately from household waste. Old batteries, old accumulators (rechargeable batteries), and lamps that can be removed from the old device must be disposed of separately. (§ 10,1 ElektroG as of 01.01.2022)
When purchasing a new electrical or electronic device, you can have your comparable old device disposed of by us free of charge. (§ 17 Abs. 1, S. 1, Nr. 1 ElektroG as of 01.01.2022).
If you wish to have the old device disposed of when the new device is delivered, please inform us in advance. (§ 17 Abs. 1, S. 2 ElektroG as of 01.01.2022). To do so, simply fill out the following form.
Personal data must be deleted by you from the old device to be disposed of. (§ 18 Abs. 1, Nr. 7 ElektroG as of 01.01.2022)
We kindly ask you to package the old device and return it with the pallet from the delivery. Unfortunately, this is not possible otherwise for transport reasons. The collection of the old device may take place on a different day than the delivery for logistical reasons. This will also be by appointment and from the curbside.
