The CASO Design IceCube Pro ice maker produces 40 mm XXL cubes that are unusually dense and free of trapped air. That density, combined with the size, lengthens melt time considerably: according to the manufacturer a drink stays cold for up to 90 minutes, depending on ambient temperature. With whisky, gin or a cocktail the difference from an ordinary cube shows from the first sip to the last.

Clear or structured, your choice

The machine offers a choice between clear and structured cubes, depending on whether you want the look of crystal-clear ice or the more familiar finish. Thanks to compressor technology the first three cubes are ready in 20 to 30 minutes, and over a full day it makes around 144 cubes, or 9.3 kg.

Timer and visible control

The timer function allows the cycle to start or stop on a schedule, so the ice is ready exactly when guests arrive. The LED touch display shows remaining production time and reports both low water and fill level. A glass door and pull-out ice drawer give a quick view of what has been made, and switchable interior lighting adds a touch of presentation.

Finish and upkeep

The housing combines matt black with stainless steel decorative side panels – a finish meant to be seen on a worktop or in a bar area. The 2-litre water tank keeps production going and the self-cleaning function handles hygienic maintenance. A pair of tongs for serving the cubes is included.
