The La Sommelière PRO110N combines advanced technology and ergonomic design. Designed for up to 107 Bordeaux bottles, it is perfect for restaurants, bars and wine collectors: the bottles lie horizontally with visible labels on ten pull-out metal shelves.

A wine-cellar climate

The temperature can be set precisely between 5 and 20 °C. The vibration-free compressor with fan-assisted air, an activated carbon filter and natural humidity of 50–80 % protect corks and wine; the winter function keeps the temperature constant even when room temperature drops.

For everyday professional use

Wide, robust handle, lock, kick plate for closing the door with your foot, reversible door and automatically switching LED lighting. The shelves can also be adapted for Burgundy, Champagne and Alsace bottles; via the Vinotag® app you manage your stock.
