The CASO Design WineChef Pro 126-2D splits its 126 bottles between two compartments, each with its own door. That layout has a very practical consequence: opening one door leaves the other zone sealed and holding its temperature without extra effort. The front pairs stainless steel with glass in a clean twin-door design that works as well in a kitchen as in a reception or tasting area.

Two independently controlled zones

Each zone is electronically adjustable between 5 and 20 °C and has its own active fan for a very even temperature inside that compartment. In practice this means reds resting in one zone while whites or sparkling wines are held at serving temperature in the other. A white LED readout shows both temperatures and the Sensor-Touch panel responds to a single tap.

Wooden shelves and a presentation rack

The interior is fitted with seven wooden shelves, six on ball-bearing runners and one with a presentation rack for displaying particular bottles. It takes bottles up to 310 mm tall and 7.6 cm in diameter. Interior lighting is switchable and the triple-layer insulating safety glass contributes to economical running.
