The La Sommelière ELYSEE wine cabinet was built with a clear brief: to answer the needs of the restaurant trade. Its 144 bottles are displayed horizontally so labels can be read at a glance, turning the wine list from a printed page into part of the room itself. At 120 cm wide and 202.5 cm high, with twin glass doors in a stainless steel frame, it works equally well as a centrepiece or set against a wall.

Two independent zones, each with its own lock

The ELYSEE is an ageing and service wine cabinet with two independent temperature zones adjustable within the 5–20 ºC range. You can devote one to cellaring and the other to service, or split reds and whites on your own terms. Each zone has its own lock, which matters when the cabinet sits in a space several members of staff can reach.

Modular interior and sophisticated display

The interior is fully modular and combines two kinds of support: 6 presentation shelves in wood with stainless steel fronts, sliding on pull-out rails, and 4 label-view shelves built the same way. The result lets you alternate efficient storage with showcasing your finest bottles. The warm white LED lighting, with switch and permanent-light option, turns every shelf into a display without adding heat inside.

Professional storage and protection for the wine

The Inverter compressor with fan-assisted cooling and its two evaporators keep each zone stable, while the anti-vibration system protects the bottles at rest. The double tempered anti-UV door with Low-E glass holds back radiation and limits heat exchange with the room. Door and temperature alarms, temperature memory, a child lock and a winter function complete a specification designed to run without surprises in a demanding setting.

Freestanding or built-in

The ELYSEE has front ventilation, which allows freestanding or built-in installation in a niche of 121.5 x 56.5 x 202.5 cm with a 10 cm plinth. Castors make manoeuvring easier during installation of a cabinet that, at 235 kg net, is built to stay in continuous service.
