Depending on the product type and warehouse location, we work with different logistics partners to deliver your order. As soon as your goods leave our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email, including the carrier’s name and your tracking number.

Smaller models are shipped via parcel service. Medium-sized and large wine coolers are delivered by freight forwarding, with prior telephone notification.
