The La Sommelière LSBI28B2 is a serving wine cooler designed for installation in a tall kitchen unit, in a standard niche similar to that used for a 60 cm-wide, 45.5 cm-high microwave oven. Its capacity of up to 28 wine bottles allows you to keep a varied selection ready for serving without requiring the space of a full-size wine cooler.

Its black front, horizontal handle and glass door create a discreet, elegant appearance. Installing the appliance at a convenient height also makes it easier to view the bottles and access the control panel without having to bend down.

One temperature zone for serving wine at the right temperature

Its single zone can be adjusted between 5 and 20 °C, allowing the wine cooler to be configured for different wine styles. Lower settings are suitable for white, rosé and sparkling wines, while higher temperatures can be selected for red wines that are intended to be ready for serving.

The fan-assisted cooling system circulates cold air throughout the cabinet to support a more even internal temperature. The digital control panel is positioned on the outside, allowing settings to be checked and adjusted without opening the door or unnecessarily disturbing the internal conditions.

Protection from light and vibration

White LED lighting provides a clear view of the interior while producing less heat than conventional lighting. A permanent lighting mode is also available to keep the collection visible through the glazed door.

Collection management with Vinotag®

This model is compatible with the free Vinotag® app, designed to help users organise their wine collection digitally. The app can be used to register bottles, review inventory and manage wines entering or leaving the cabinet more easily.

The temperature memory restores the last selected setting, while the temperature alarm warns the user of variations that could affect the wine’s serving conditions.
