Orders are shipped from different logistics locations and in cooperation with various logistics partners. You will be informed about the logistics partner and your tracking number in the email notifying you of the shipment of your order.
Small models are shipped via parcel service, while medium and large models are shipped by freight forwarding.
The delivery time for small models via parcel service is approximately 3-5 business days after receipt of payment.
The delivery time for medium and large wine coolers by freight forwarding to curbside is approximately 5-8 business days after receipt of payment.

Besonders praktisch: Viele Weinkühlschränke von CASO Design lassen sich durch die CASO Control App auch von unterwegs ansteuern. So können verschiedene Funktionen jederzeit und praktisch von überall bequem per Smartphone oder Tablet gesteuert werden, z.B. die Temperaturregulierung der Kühlzonen und die Einstellung des Lichts. Die App sendet darüber hinaus etwaige Fehlermeldungen direkt an das verbundene Endgerät.
Die CASO Control App ist "Made in Germany“ und wurde von CASO Design selbst entwickelt. Durch diese hausinterne Umsetzung stellt CASO sicher, dass die App auch mit kommenden Generationen von Betriebssystemen und Mobilgeräten kompatibel sein wird. Gleichzeitig kann CASO Design so die Sicherheit der jeweiligen Daten garantieren und die App kontinuierlich mit zusätzlichen Funktionen weiterentwickeln.
