Shipping is available exclusively within the Federal Republic of Germany.
Depending on the product type and warehouse location, we work with different logistics partners to deliver your order. As soon as your goods leave our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email, including the carrier’s name and your tracking number.
Smaller models are shipped via parcel service. Medium-sized and large wine coolers are delivered by freight forwarding, with prior telephone notification.
The estimated delivery time (in business days) for each product is shown directly on the respective product page.
All deliveries within Germany (mainland) are free of shipping costs and are made to curbside only. Please note that the freight carrier is not obliged to carry the goods into your home.

Besonders praktisch: Viele Weinkühlschränke von CASO Design lassen sich durch die CASO Control App auch von unterwegs ansteuern. So können verschiedene Funktionen jederzeit und praktisch von überall bequem per Smartphone oder Tablet gesteuert werden, z.B. die Temperaturregulierung der Kühlzonen und die Einstellung des Lichts. Die App sendet darüber hinaus etwaige Fehlermeldungen direkt an das verbundene Endgerät.
Die CASO Control App ist "Made in Germany“ und wurde von CASO Design selbst entwickelt. Durch diese hausinterne Umsetzung stellt CASO sicher, dass die App auch mit kommenden Generationen von Betriebssystemen und Mobilgeräten kompatibel sein wird. Gleichzeitig kann CASO Design so die Sicherheit der jeweiligen Daten garantieren und die App kontinuierlich mit zusätzlichen Funktionen weiterentwickeln.
